About
$trictly 4 my T.E.A.C.H.E.R.Z. was created with the idea of making a different kind of English teaching blog. One that presents quality materials but with a little extra added flavor. With a little swag, if I may say so. Hence the blinged-out banner at the top of the page.
All original material (c) Nicholas Whitley 2008, 2009, whatever whatever. The copyright holders of any material used in this site are advised not to “hate the player”, but rather to “hate the game.” No really, we don’t have to take it there, if you want me to take something down, it’s all good, just let me know. I mean, really, we don’t have to take it there. Please, let’s don’t.
All that having been said (written), please leave any comments or suggestions in the appropriate spot, or alternatively, you can email me at strictly4myteacherz@ymail.com…
Peace.

The blogging and quoting game is a gift to the word, and we should be give and receive credit. Let’s just be polite and fair. What’s so hard about that?

I agree wholeheartedly. The whole point of this thing is to share the love, to give back a little after all the taking.
I just hope no one comes with a cease-and-desist order for the videos and what not, that’s all…
Thanks for the feedback!

Hi Nicky,
Can’t find a “contact me” anywhere on your site ;-( so will answer your q’ here:
Re pdfs -
1. if you have a pdf program installed on your computer upload your worksheets first and convert/ if no pdf program, download open office – free, create the doc there (start off there so you don’t lose formatting) and then convert to pdf using its free feature. (Quite nice actually).
2. load these into a free hosting site like box net or scribd, grab the code and then embed into your blog.
Alternatively there’s also google docs which have heard very good things about and seen on a couple of blogs.
I generally load mine into my website’s “back page” and then cross link (several steps less work 8-)…
K
p.s. Have a small but active teachers-who-r-blogging community where we talk about things like this- if you’d like to join send me an email and I’ll send back an invite (it’s private to keep out spammers etc).
p.s thanks for the nice comment re layout
